  Handout Questionnaire Students will often be keen to now e-mail, but this questionnaire allows reinforcement of e-mail protocol, prior to students e-mailing and also allows teachers to spend some time ensuring that all students have reached this point together. Complete questionnaire.
  Guide students through sending e-mail process Have students send an e-mail to their neighbour. This facilitates each student being able to discuss anything that goes wrong, eg: 'You sent it to the wrong address...that's not my student number', etc. Students to compose and send an e-mail to their neighbour.
  Guide students through process of receiving e-mail Show Overhead / data projection or provide print-out of the ‘in-box’ screen. Students to check for e-mail sent by their neighbours.
  Guide students through process of replying to e-mail Use step by step instruction to guide through opening e-mail and make use of overheads if necessary. Students to open e-mail sent by their neighbours and then reply.
