Downloading is achieved as follows:
Click on the name of a student (previous page) and a dialogue box will come up as below:
Choose 'Save this file to disk'. Do not choose 'Open this file from its current location'.
A new dialogue box will pop up. Choose where you wish to save your file. In the example above I have chosen to save to the Desktop.
A dialogue box will the pop up which tells you how long your download will take. This 17mb file takes 45 minutes on a 56k modem. For convenience, click the small box that says 'Close this dialogue box when download completes'.
The file will be downloaded and saved to the location you specified.
